If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for an exchange or a full refund within 10 days in the original condition as received. We offer FREE RETURNS on Domestic Orders (US, US territories, Alska Hawaii and Puerto Rico).
If 10 days have gone by since the date that you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.
Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return and a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. After receiving the product and investigating its originality we will accept the return.

Returns may not be accepted if item if the return conditions are not met. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
All items purchased outside of the United States can be returned only if the item are damaged and/or is not as describe. If you have one of that exceptions, please send us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days that you received your order. Be sure to include your order number (found on your purchase page) as well as a few different photos of what you received, showing the areas of concern. Once we receive your email, our Team will review and respond within 1-2 business days with your options.
